Shipping policy

All GOC Denim orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Boca Raton, Florida. Our garments are designed and manufactured in Turkiye.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping - free on every order, no minimum. Estimated delivery 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping - $30. Estimated delivery 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the US and your address is accepted at checkout, please note that any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Delivery estimates

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, by customs processing, by severe weather, or by any other event outside our control. Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at support@gocdenim.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.

Returns

Please see our Refund Policy for how to return an item. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
